Join us for a fun, interactive workshop designed to help Girl Scouts build confidence around cars, transportation safety, and basic vehicle care skills.
Through hands-on activities and real-world demonstrations, scouts will explore how vehicles work, learn practical car care basics, and gain knowledge that can help them become safer, more informed drivers and passengers in the future.
What Scouts Will Learn:
🔧 Basic under-the-hood identification
🔧 How to check tire pressure and tire tread
🔧 Important vehicle fluids and what they do
🔧 How to safely jump-start a vehicle
🔧 Warning signs every driver should know
🔧 Transportation safety and vehicle awareness
🔧 Common car care myths and mistakes
… and much more!
Scouts will also have the opportunity to earn the special SheCANic workshop patch through participation and engagement during the event.
